Aliens Law & Asylum and refugee law

Niek assists clients in need of protection, the so-called refugees. He also assists clients who want family members to come to the Netherlands in the context of family reunification. Labour-related migration and Aliens Employment Act issues are also part of his specialism. Niek regularly advises and litigates in the field of the Highly Skilled Migrants Scheme and the European Blue Card.

Niek is a member of the Netherlands Asylum Lawyers & Lawyers Association and the Migration Lawyers Specialists Association.

More about Niek

Niek graduated from Tilburg University in 2012. During his studies, Niek was particularly interested in legal issues of an international nature.

He was able to put this interest into practice immediately after his studies. In recent years, he has specialised in immigration and asylum law and has shown himself to be a passionate immigration lawyer. The contact with clients of different cultures and religions particularly appeals to Niek. In addition, he now has broad litigation experience in the field of immigration law.

This registration obliges Niek Vollebergh to obtain ten training points in each registered area of law every calendar year in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
